Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all participants of The Pune Design Show, organized by A&I Digest (Disha Publications & Events). By registering for the event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy.
- 1. Exhibition Attendance:
- - Attendance to the exhibition component of The Pune Design Show is entirely free of charge for all categories of attendees.
- - No monetary transaction is involved for exhibition-only registration; hence, the question of refund does not apply.
- 2. Convention Pass Purchases:
- - Registration for the convention sessions is chargeable and is to be done via our authorized website and payment gateway (Razorpay).
- - Convention passes are priced as follows:
- - General Public: Rs. 1500 + GST
- - Students: Rs. 500 + GST
- - IIA, AESA, ISOLA members and VIPs: Complimentary access
- 3. No Refunds Policy:
- - All payments made for convention passes are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation, no-show, or inability to attend.
- - This policy is applicable without exception to individual, student, group, or institutional registrations.
- 4. Non-Transferability:
- - Convention passes are non-transferable. Each registration is unique and linked to the individual's name and credentials provided at the time of registration.
- - Unauthorized transfer or use of another person’s registration credentials may result in denial of entry to the event.
- 5. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling:
- - In the unlikely case of event postponement or cancellation by the organizers, A&I Digest will notify all registered participants with updates.
- - However, under no circumstances will the organizers be held liable to refund the registration fee unless a full event cancellation occurs, and the decision to refund rests solely at the discretion of the organizers.
